Some Clarifying About Payday Cash Advance Terms
One of the most serious complaints by vilifiers of the payday fast cash advance industry pitches into the annualized rate of interest normally charged on short term payday advance loans which may accumulate to 1-200%. For more information about a no fax payday advance go here.
Annual percentage rate or “APR” may be described as a simple indicator to spell out the entire amount of interest a borrowing client would actually pay carried forward to one full year. The annual percentage rate (APR) proffers an acknowledged framework to properly assess which medium exhibits a higher or lower costs to the client, counting in additional costs that might be added on.Obviously the annual lending rate is acknowledged to be a highly effective equation applicable to loans with a duration of twelve months minimum .Unfortunately, in regard to 2 week loans or investments the p.a. rates are incontestably hardly useful.
Maybe we should liken fast cash advances to hiring a taxi home from the train station. So let’s assume it will set you back by forty dollars to get home in this manner. True, forty dollars can be a lot of money to have to spend on such a ride but people will generally do it since it is practical and it covers a demand. Now we know full well that we could hire a car for an entire day for forty dollars allowing us to drive as many miles as we want.
Now let’s say we do just that” i.e. rent that car and drive it for four hundred miles during the one day we’ve hired it. Obviously, the proponents of APR would contend that we ought to annualize these numbers to establish meaningful comparisons. Ok, let’s check this. So we’ll take our taxi price (to recall: $2 per mile times 400 miles) which gives us: $800. The annualized correlative of the car rental contra the ride by taxi equals $40 : $800. Now, as you and I know, that hiring a car wasn’t our best option, even considering how much more expensive the APR would have been in this specific case.
Equally, fast cash advances. Let’s not forget that short term payday advance loans are limited to two weeks, not annual loans. The ostensibly high annual percentage rate aren’t a reliable indicator due to the fact that this class of loan doesn’t arch one year. The interest rate charged is just about 15%-25% for the entire loan. A cheap payday loan is an expensive option you shouldn’t embrace without duly considering any and all available alternatives.
The Secret to Legs with Size, Strength, and Endurance
There are countless leg workouts in magazines and books that promise big results. Many are good workouts, but the secret to continued progress is to keep your muscles from adapting, while building on what you have already done. What I mean by this is that mixing and matching great workouts just doesn’t work very well. You do need to change your workouts frequently to keep your muscles growing, but if you don’t plan properly, you could be wasting time.
When you plan your workouts properly, each workout builds on what you accomplished the workout before, so that you keep moving forward, instead of taking steps back each time you change workouts. A good example of this is how many Powerlifters have trained for decades. They begin a training cycle by using lighter weights for higher reps. The first week or two they might do 3 sets of 8 repetitions. The next couple of weeks might be 5 sets of 5 reps. Then they add weight and drop their reps each week until they are ready to test themselves for a single maximum repetition. This is usually done in a contest, with judges and strict rules. This works well if your goal is to lift as much as possible in one lift for one repetition.
In bodybuilding, the weight you use does not need to be as heavy. It is more important to use muscle tension and volume of training to stimulate the muscle to grow. A Bodybuilder might choose 4 different exercises for a muscle group and do 4 to 6 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions for each exercise. You won’t build as much strength training like this, as you will training like a Powerlifter, but you should increase your muscle mass and improve your muscle shape and definition more.
A Triathlete has fantastic endurance, especially in their legs. They can swim, run and ride their bikes for hours on end, with great intensity! They do not have much muscle size, and most cannot lift much weight. They train so that they can move their bodies as fast and as far as possible, so great strength is not necessary, and size is counterproductive.
All of these sports have something in common. They train with a very specific goal in mind. To achieve the best possible results in these sports, they have to. This is even more obvious in the case of the Triathlete, than it is for Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. I believe that Bodybuilders and Powerlifters should cross train once in a while to break through their plateaus.
I have competed in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strongman, and Highland Games, not to mention several mainstream sports. I trained differently for each of them, except for the Highland Games, which I just did for fun while I was training for Powerlifting. Out of all of those sports, I have been most successful at Strongman. One of the things I like the most about it, is that you have to be well rounded. Without enough strength, you don’t stand a chance. If you are too small, you won’t be able to move some of the implements. If you can lift a weight, but get tired too soon, you will be left in the dust. You also have to have unbelievable mental toughness and desire to be successful. I mean, let’s face it, Strongman events hurt.
The point I am making is that, as a Strongman competitor, I need Size, Strength and Endurance. That is truer for the legs than for any other part of the body. This is also true for other sports that involve both quickness and power. Football, Baseball, Rugby, Soccer, and Sprinting all come to mind. To do that, I can’t afford to focus on Strength only, like a Powerlifter. I can’t spend my time building size for the sake of size either. I certainly can’t spend hours running, swimming and biking if I want to have the power and size that I need. I believe that I have come across a good leg workout that helps me build Size, Strength and relative Endurance for my sport. I still do specific event training, but that is mostly for technique.
This workout involves doing just Squats for your legs, and doing it once a week only. The first two weeks you perform 10 sets of 10 repetitions with only one to two minutes rest between each set. The 10 sets of 10 routine is more commonly known as German Volume Training and it is BRUTAL. I only do this for two weeks, because I want strength as well. This training is excellent for improving your endurance and it will stimulate muscle growth as well. Be aware, that you will be very SORE for a few days after the first week. The second week, you should be able to add some weight to the bar and you won’t be as sore. I won’t go into details about nutrition here, but if you want to take advantage of the muscle growth potential of this workout, you had better eat enough protein and good quality food.
The following two weeks you squat for 8 sets of 8 repetitions. This is great for muscle growth because it is lower in both sets and reps than the first two weeks, so you can use more weight, but it is still a high volume of work to stimulate muscle mass increases. Just like the first two weeks, you should be able to add some weight to the second week of 8 sets of 8 reps.
Weeks 5 and 6 will be about going heavier and making the transition from training for size, to training for strength. The workout will be 5 sets of 5 reps of Squats. Now that we are going heavier, it is especially important to pay attention to proper form. Make sure to maintain an arch in your back and sit back and down into the squat rather than allow your knees to go out in front of your toes. I explain proper form for the Squat in more detail on my Powerlifting Squat page. You will want to do a couple of warm-up sets before you get to the first of your 5 heavy sets. If you haven’t been wearing a lifting belt, it is time to start when you get to this part of the program. Just as in the other sections, you should be able to add at least a little weight on the second week (week 6) of this part.
The 7th and 8th week are true power training. The workout will be 3 heavy sets of 3 reps. Warm up and then get to it. Think pure power and get psyched up for each set. After these two weeks, you will have completed your 8-week cycle to increase the Size, Strength, and Endurance of your Legs. If you have done this in preparing for a Powerlifting contest, take another week to do 3 sets of 1 repetition, and then rest for at least 10 days before contest day. If you are not trying to peak for a strength contest, start over with the 10 sets of 10 and do it all over again. You should be stronger the second time through, and well on your way toward dramatic improvements in Size, Strength, and Endurance.
Good luck with your training, and make sure to save some money for some new pants with bigger legs!

What’s Hot In Lingerie For 2006, Boy Shorts.
Many people think of lingerie as standard items that remain the
same year after year. While lingerie is more intimate and
private, like every other fashion item, it changes periodically
as trends become more popular.
So what’s hot in lingerie for 2006 … boy shorts!. Yesterday’s
thong is never going to disappear completely from lingerie and
department store shelves. It is the hands down best way to
eliminate visible panty lines when you wear tight pants or
skirts, but thong sales are definitely on the decline. The sales
of boy shorts however, are definitely on fire. If you don’t know
what boy shorts are, think of tight short shorts or hot pants.
While there are some boy shorts that are a little loose fitting
generally speaking they are very figure hugging. This snug fit
gives shape to your rear and enhances your figure, making you
appear curvier and sexier. Some boy shorts will completely cover
your rear, but usually they leave part of it exposed (think of
them as length shorts). For those girls with perfect figures
or who like things a little racier, there are styles that
provide even less coverage, that resembles a wide band across
the upper portion of your rear.
Now that we have the basic idea covered, lets talk about styles.
Boy shorts come in wide range of styles, colors and fabrics. The
most basic styles will come in cotton or polyester blends. If
you are going to be wearing boy shorts all day, try choosing
something made of microfiber, while slightly more expensive it’s
more comfortable, durable and long lasting. For a more elegant
look try boy shorts made of silk or satin. These styles often
have a lace, decorative or scalloped edging. However the most
popular boy shorts are made of lace. Lace boy shorts are
definitely the most sexy and alluring choice available. For
people who are a little modest, or who find lace slightly itchy,
look for double layer lace boy shorts. They have a lace layer on
the outside and a second layer of a different material on the
inside against your skin.

Heisman Trophy Top-10 - November 14
Texas may be No. 2 two in all the polls as well as being No.2 in the BCS standings but it seems as if its QB, Vince Young, is ’stealing’ the hearts of many Heisman experts. I think there is little argument the Reggie Bush’s candidacy has lost a lot of momentum since the Notre Dame game plus I get the feeling that too many people are taking for granted the incredible accomplishments of Matt Leinart. Add it all up and Young looks like the favorite. Behind the “Big Three”, Brady Quinn of Notre Dame and Drew Olson of UCLA are having Heisman-worthy seasons but unfortunately for both of them, its a case of wrong time, wrong place (season). My latest Heisman update follows.
1) MATT LEINART (USC) Last Week: 1. I’m not ready to drop Leinart from the top spot just yet, although I admit Young is making a very significant challenge. However, Leinart is playing this season under an incredible ‘microscope’ and with tremendous pressure. He turned down countless millions to stay at USC for an opportunity to lead the school to an unprecedented third straight national title. So far, he’s done everything one could ask, and MORE! USC won at Berkeley this past Saturday, beating Cal 35-10. Of course everyone knows it was the Cal Bears who last beat the Trojans, 34-31 in triple-OT (back in 2003). However, USC had little trouble this time around, as Leinart ran for two second-quarter scores, giving USC a 21-3 halftime lead. Leinart didn’t have a great game, failing to throw a TD pass for the third time this year and just the fourth time in his career. He finished the game 20-of-32 for 246 yards with one interception and those two rushing TDs (five on the year). He’s now led USC to 32 straight wins (tied for the 6th-best streak of all-time) and a record-tying 22 straight Pac-10 wins. He’s 35-1 as starter, tossing a Pac-10 record 94 career TD passes (just 22 INTs), while topping 300 yards passing in six games this year. In comparison, he had just five 300-yard games in his first two seasons at USC and Vince Young has just ONE 300-yard game in his entire career! I’ll leave further comparisons for future use (if needed). Leinart has two big games left, both versus quality opponents. USC hosts No. 16 Fresno State this Saturday and then No. 12 UCLA on December 3. His season stats are: 211-of-318 3017 yards 66.4 23 TDs 7 INTs / 5 rush TDs.
2) VINCE YOUNG (Texas) Last Week: 3. Young has passed Bush in my poll and I’m getting the strong impression that he’s the current favorite. Texas beat Kansas just 27-23 last year, in a game which featured some heavy controversy regarding the officiating. The Longhorns left little in the hands of the officials this past Saturday, running up a 52-0 halftime lead. Young misfired on his first three passes but then completed his next eight, including TD throws of 45, 64 and 29 yards. He added a fourth TD pass before the half, giving him a career-high in TD passes for a game and was on the bench with five minutes remaining in the third quarter of a 66-14 Texas win. Young finished 19-of-27 for 281 yards and didn’t throw an interception. Only a head-scratching six rushing attempts for minus four yards, kept him from topping 300 yards in total offense for the FIFTH time in his last seven games. After opening the season by averaging 181.3 YPG passing with five TD passes, four interceptions and one rushing TD in his first three games, Young has averaged 267.2 YPG passing while throwing for 17 TDs (just four INTs) and running for seven more over his last seven games. In that stretch, he’s averaged 348.9 YPG in total offense. He passed Major Applewhite on Saturday and is now the school-leader in total offense with 8,269 career yards. He’s led Texas to 17 straight wins and is 27-2 in his career as a starter. Texas plays Texas A&M on November 25 and then will play in the Big-12 title game on December 3. His season stats are: 155-of-244 63.5 2414 yards 22 TDs 8 INTs / 117 carries 774 yards 6.6 YPC 8 TDs.
3) REGGIE BUSH (USC) Last Week: 2. I can’t imagine that even Bush’s most ardent supporters don’t feel as if the Heisman is slipping from Reggie’s grasp. Bush was a spectacular but complimentary play last year when he finished fifth in the voting. However, he was given a bigger role this year and after opening with an 86-yard effort versus Hawaii, ripped off FIVE consecutive 100-yard games (had just two in his career entering this year), peaking with a 160-yard three-TD effort (not to mention his all-important “push”) in USC’s thrilling 34-31 win at Notre Dame. Bush has failed to top 100 yards in three of his four games since (scoring just two TDs) and often has been overshadowed in the backfield by teammate LenDale White (three TDs in Saturday’s win over Cal). When all the votes are in, both Leinart and Bush may suffer from the fact that there is so much talent around them and unlike last year, may actually take votes away from each other. While Bush remains the nation’s most SPECTACULAR player (ranks third with 182.5 YPG in all-purpose yards), his opportunities have been limited recently and unlike last year when he made major contributions with his pass-catching abilities (seven TD catches), he’s gone seven games without a TD catch and has just two for the entire season. His season stats are: 140 carries 1104 yards 7.9 YPC 11 TDs / 28 catches 315 yards 11.3 YPC 2 TDs.
4) BRADY QUINN (Notre Dame) Last Week: 4. Quinn continues to be a record-breaking ‘machine’ this year for Notre Dame. In two years under Willingham, Brady completed just over 50 percent of his passes (50.8), throwing 26 TDs and 25 interceptions. However, under the tutelage of Charlie Weis, Quinn has spent the season re-writing the Notre Dame record book. His latest onslaught came in Notre Dame’s all-time NCAA record 42nd straight win over Navy, 42-21. Quinn finished 22-of-31 for 284 yards with four TDs and one interception. That fourth-quarter interception ended a stretch of 130 consecutive passes without a ‘pick’, setting a another Notre Dame record. He extended to 14, his school record of consecutive games with least one TD pass and by game’s end, had passed Ron Powlus as the school’s career-leader with 53 TD passes (Powlus had 52). He topped 250 yards passing for the 14th time in his career (extending another record) and now owns the school’s single-season record with 2,931 passing yards. Quinn is now just 254 yards shy of passing Powlus as the school’s all-time leader in passing yards. His season stats are 217-of-330 65.8 2931 yards 27 TDs 5 INTs / 1 rush TD
5) DREW OLSON (UCLA) Last Week: 5. Bruin fans will argue that Olson is having the best year of any QB in the city! They may just be right. Olson had three TD passes and 295 yards passing by the end of the FIRST quarter, in UCLA’s 45-35 win over Arizona State this past Saturday. He opened the game with a 91-yard TD pass on the game’s first play from scrimmage and never looked back. He finished the game 22-of-27 for a career-high 510 yards with five TDs and no interceptions. He missed by just FOUR yards, of setting a single-game school record for passing yards (Cade McNown threw for 513 yards in UCLA’s infamous 49-45 loss at Miami in 1998). His 30 TD passes this year (just three INTs!), easily breaks McNown’s single-season record of 25, set in that 1998 season. Olson was the main QB at UCLA for the last two years when the Bruins went 12-13. Similar to Quinn, Olson entered this year without much fanfare (32 TDs and 25 INTs in his three-year career) but has been BRILLIANT! Olson’s 172.5 QB rating ranks him FIRST in the nation. By the way, Young is second, Leinart fourth and Quinn fifth. Olson will have to wait until December 3 but he will get his showdown with Los Angeles’ “other” QB. His season stats are: 218-of-322 67.7 2909 yards 30 TDs 3 INTs.
Typically, I list five other players six-through 10 but it hardly seems worth it. Last week’s sixth-ranked player (Cody Hodges of Texas Tech), saw his team lose to Oklahoma State, a team that entered the game winless in Big-12 play. No. 7 Maurice Drew of UCLA has fallen so far behind teammate Drew Olson, it’s not worth arguing. My No. 8 guy last week, DeAngelo Williams of Memphis, missed last week’s game versus Tennessee because of injury and the Tigers fell to 4-5 with a 20-16 loss. Laurence Maroney of Minnesota was ranked No. 9 and like Williams, missed the Gophers’ game with an injury but Minnesota hardly missed him, beating Michigan State 41-18. As for Washington State’s Jerome Harrison (No.10), he ran for 143 yards and has now run for more than 100 yards in all 10 games this year, as well as topping 100 yards in 13 straight games, setting a new Pac-10 record. That being said, his team has lost SEVEN straight games!

What Needs Clearing in Your Life?
“It’s spring fever…. You don’t quite know what it is you DO want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!”- Mark Twain
Spring Time! It makes me think of opening up and clearing out. If reminds me of “Spring Cleaning” when I was a child. All the windows were open, curtains washed, rugs hung out on the line to air, (remember clotheslines?), mattresses were turned and everything in the house was scrubbed from top to bottom. It was a fresh new start and the feeling of lightness and renewal was wonderful!
This same concept can be applied to our lives. What needs clearing or cleaned out in your life right now? What’s draining your energy every time you think about it? Where do you need some lightness in your life? Maybe your energy drains revolve around clutter and unwanted items in your home or office, or incomplete tasks or unrepaired items. Or maybe your energy drains revolve around more emotional issues such as someone you’ve been meaning to call, something you’ve been avoiding, a commitment you now regret, or a project or goal that no longer inspires you.
Take a moment right now. Stop and reflect on what’s going on in your life. Is there something “hanging over you” that is sapping your power? Next, look around your physical environment. Is there an area or item that needs attention - something you’ve been meaning to do for a long-time? Notice what happens physically and mentally when you think about these unresolved items. It’s the combination of our negative self talk about what needs to be done and the thing itself that depletes our energy.
Pick one significant item today that you want to clean out for Spring and commit to totally resolving it this week. You can do it yourself, ask for help, hire someone to do it, or just release it. Once you’ve eliminated this energy drain, you will instantly feel lighter as power flows back to you. Reward your accomplishment by relaxing and savoring a beautiful Spring Day before moving onto your next item! Happy Spring Time!! 7 Common Causes of Back Pain
Most people have, at one point in their lives, experienced back pain – and unfortunately, some have continually suffered since then.
Having back problems, especially if the pain is recurring, would affect one, in that it would limit the range of activities that one may be able to do. One will have to be more careful in anything that would involve his or her back – whether in carrying out normal household chores, in exercising and in lifting weights especially those involving the back muscles, or in any activities in the course of one’s job that involves lifting of heavy materials.
Acute: If the pain you experience in your back lasts only in short period of time – from a few days to a couple of weeks – then yours may be what is called an acute type of back pain. Acute back pain is usually caused by a trauma to the back, such as injuries to the bony elements and soft tissues of your back. This type is one that has been known to be a very sharp pain, usually felt deep in the lower back, and on a specific portion – like the left side, right side, center, etc.
Chronic: If it is one that lasts for a longer period as a couple of months or a paint that recurs – then it may be a chronic type of back pain. Chronic back pain may have resulted from arthritis, nerve damage or perhaps from a previous injury. Patients for this type of back pain will usually experience numbness and a burning sensation from the back down to one’s legs. Also, the legs will feel what is usually called a pins-and-needles type of pain.
Neuropathic: Previously placed under the chronic category, but due to different feel of the pain, which has been described by patients as severe, stabbing, lightning-like, etc – have paved the way for this third type of back pain. In this specific case, the signs of the original injury are no longer seen, but certain nerves continue to tell the brain that there is still pain. The pain may be felt along the nerve path from the spine to the arms or legs.

How to Start a Bankruptcy Forms Processing Service
Due to the dramatic increase in technology, business professionals now have the ability to outsource their skills and earn extra money working from home as a bankruptcy forms processor. Unlike an attorney or notary public, a bankruptcy forms processor does not have jurisdictional limits. In other words, a bankruptcy forms processor could live in Yellow Springs, Ohio and prepare bankruptcy petitions, pleadings, Motions and other court documents for attorneys practicing in California, New York or any other U.S. state.
In fact, a bankruptcy forms processor can set up a bankruptcy business in their home with very little money and earn a full-time income very quickly. This concept has also opened the door for attorneys practicing in other areas of law to open a sideline bankruptcy practice, and many of these attorneys seek a freelance forms processor to process their paperwork for them.
This is where you as a bankruptcy forms processor can fill a need that is becoming more popular as electronic filing procedures become more the norm. In fact, some states now require electronic filing of all court documents. Paper documents are only accepted by the court from consumers or in other rare circumstances. It will not be long before all the states will have electronic filing procedures in place and those resisting the change will be left behind.
A typical bankruptcy forms processing business might operate like this:
1. Client either downloads or is emailed a set of Client Intake Forms in PDF format to print and fill out at their leisure.
2. Client will fax or email their completed forms to the attorney or forms processor for review. If the attorney decides to accept the bankruptcy case, the forms processor can begin drafting the bankruptcy petition from the information provided on the Client Intake Forms.
3. Areas of the Client Intake Forms that are not properly completed by the client or containing statements that require a more detailed answer would be easy to take care of. The forms processor or attorney will simply call up the client and obtain the information. No appointment would be necessary.
4. After the drafting of the bankruptcy petition, the forms processor saves the document in PDF format and sends it to the attorney as an attachment on an email.
5. At this point the attorney may wish to meet with the clients to review their bankruptcy petition before filing, but it is not absolutely necessary. Some attorneys I worked for never meet the client face-to-face except when they showed up at court. They communicated with the client by email or telephone.
Note: Electronically filed documents do not require the client’s signature so it is not necessary to meet the clients face-to-face before filing the bankruptcy petition. An attorney is provided with an electronic signature by the court that he uses to sign all electronic documents filed on behalf of the client he or she represents.
6. After the attorney receives the bankruptcy petition by email, he or she will save it on their computer under the client file name and begin the review. The attorney can either print out the bankruptcy petition and make changes with an ink pen, or review it on the computer screen and note any changes in an email to the forms processor.
7. After the attorney has approved or made changes to the bankruptcy petition, he or she will email it back to the forms processor. The forms processor will make the changes and prepare a final bankruptcy petition ready for electronic filing. The forms processor emails the final petition to the attorney for final approval.
8. Upon approval by the attorney, the forms processor will electronically file the bankruptcy petition with the proper court or email to the attorney for printing, copying and filing.
As you can begin to see, it would be very easy to start a forms processor service working from home. So if you were like me and are tired of the office politics and playing the mental games, you now have the opportunity to work from a peaceful home environment where you can focus more on each case and give your clients the personal touch that will set your business apart from the big companies.

the latest Pizza experiences in Charlotte, NC.
This most recent trip to a Family Restaurant showed
us its what is inside that counts!
Off to Cheddars Casual Cafe in
Charlotte! When you walk in you have to be impressed by the
decor or this place. The is a Chilis-level restaurant but the
design of the insode with oriental windmill fans on the ceiling
and beautiful high ceiling was very impressive, this is the
strong point of this location hands down. I was immediately
thrilled with the decor and the equally profesioanl and
talkative staff.
To continue my rant about the layout, the booths are very large
and seating areas all very comfortable and spacious, a nice
change from more cramped Chilis, or louder more comotion filled
Red Robin.
The menu here is a very nice variety, with more than a few
higher end seafood/steaks/ribs platters, and the normal
compliment of burgers and wraps and such. The prices are very
easy on the wallet with full meals (minus drinks) from about
6.50 to 11.00.
